Will the bracket fit my screen?

On the back of the screen will be a number of screw holes. By measuring the distance between the holes and comparing the measurements with the diagrams for the brackets you can see if the TV will fit to the bracket. The two options with the brackets are VESA (see below for further information) and universal. Put simply, VESA brackets are designed to fit in with industry standards and universal brackets allow for a larger variety of hole positions. In general the VESA positions are commonly found on screens up to 32" and larger screens often use larger spacing due to their size, although this is not always the case. To help you decide if a bracket will fit your screen we have put an image with the dimensions that the bracket can accommodate on with the brackets. Also, where available, we have put a link to the manufacturers screen fitter guide which will give information on particular TV models. [ top ]

What is VESA?

VESA is the Video Electronics Standards Association, and a VESA bracket is designed to fit with screens that have standard hole patterns on them for wall mounting. The most commonly found sizes are 100mm x 100mm, 200mm x 100mm and 200mm x 200mm. If we say a bracket is VESA compliant we will state the sizes that it will accommodate. [ top ]

Will I be able to install the bracket myself?

All of the brackets come with instructions and we have also made videos to guide you through how to install them. You still need to assess the wall type that you have and get the correct type of screws and you may need to get someone else to help hold up the larger brackets and hang the screens, but the brackets are all quite easy to put up.
